NameCheck Pro is a service operated by an individual based in France. For any questions, contact us at: contact@nomverif.com.
NameCheck Pro is an online brand name availability checker. It simultaneously queries multiple public databases (INPI, EUIPO, RNE, domains, social media) and provides an availability score along with an AI-powered intellectual property risk analysis. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
The service is open to anyone with an internet connection. Anonymous users get 3 free searches per day. Creating an account provides access to extended features depending on the chosen plan (Free, Pro, Business).
The Free plan offers 10 searches per day and 3 AI analyses per day. The Pro plan (EUR 29/month) and Business plan (EUR 99/month) offer unlimited searches. Payments are handled via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The website content, interface, and source code are the property of NameCheck Pro. Displayed data comes from public databases (INPI, EUIPO, data.gouv.fr) and remains the property of their respective owners.
NameCheck Pro provides results for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data. Users are advised to consult a licensed IP attorney before making any trademark filing decision. NameCheck Pro cannot be held liable for consequences of decisions based on these results.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
